Jump rope diary 9 Sep 21 to 26 Sep 21

Feely: fancied wrapping so went out at 2 to try some stuff including rope fling release...so fun!

Evening whilst waiting for dinner did about 30 mins footwork and other stuff.

Can now do the mamba squeeze easily as the shape of the rope on the 3rd muc release goes towards the body when I do it right handed.

Took braces off and jumped. Left knee a bit swollen.

Tried in garden and was able to do OOODub twice after a few tries. For the first time 😀

Went to range yesterday. L knee a bit inflamed

Feely - not too bad, after mowing lawn and tidying garden.

Started stepover mic release by happy fingers jumps outdoors

Then practised crougars and toads, first with short handles then with long ones so much easier with long handles.
