Mic release mic release left and right!
Yippee jumped the left a few times... Getting there.

Freestyle no jump today.
Yesterday work all day left knee very swollen
Two days ago Day 10 and lots of mic release jumps
Left knee very sore

Did some more freestyle yesterday and started practising the mic release to EB.
Also finally got the EB swing.
No practice today out all day.

A little tally
40 Basic bounce
4 OOXOs
8 shuffles
4 alternate step OOXO
Then 20 mins of mic release jumps, left d right.
