At Pure Gym today was joined by a couple using weights.
Did some regular skipping, releases, leg wrap release, wrap part 1 and 2, then tried P13fit again.
Still tough but at least I can finally do the little pony hop on the right and the left. Got to midway. Easy does it...will keep at it.
Used 3/4 lb at the end.
6th time at the gym this month and loving it. The cycle room is empty, I can watch my form in the mirror and focus on practice! What's not to love?
